You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the business, leading day to day financial operations, improving systems and reporting, and supporting key decisions at board level.

Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing the finance team while improving controls, processes and insight Supporting business owners and department heads with planning, budgeting and decision making Building out reporting and KPIs to support performance and growth Driving improvements across systems and automation (currently Sage 50 and Excel) Partnering closely with the wider leadership team across the business What we’re looking for: Experience in a regulated financial services environment Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands on levels Proven experience leading teams and improving financial processes in a growing business This is a brilliant time to join.
