We are partnering with a well-known luxury retail brand to recruit a field-based HR Business Partner supporting a fast-paced, high-performing store network across the UK. This is a highly commercial role where you will partner closely with Area Managers to drive store performance through people. You will focus on talent mapping, workforce planning and building high-performing teams across a multi-site retail environment. This is not a process-heavy environment. It is fast-moving, ever-changing and requires someone who can keep up with pace, influence stakeholders and make decisions quickly.
Key responsibilities:- Partner with 6–7 Area Managers across a national store portfolio
- Drive performance through people, focusing on talent and capability
- Lead workforce planning and talent mapping initiatives
- Support a diverse, multi-location retail population
- Work collaboratively with wider HR, TA and international teams
- Travel regularly across the UK and Ireland (including occasional overnight stays)
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within retail (essential)
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on performance and profitability
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, less structured environment
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders
- Flexible with travel across the UK and Ireland
