- Lead and oversee client relationships, ensuring exceptional service quality and long-term success
- Monitor portfolio profitability and KPIs, ensuring strong commercial performance
- Support career development and progression within your team
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling additional services
- Review complex VAT returns, annual accounts, and management accounts to ensure technical excellence and compliance
To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with experience in a client-facing role in an accountancy practice. You will be technically strong, with people management experience, and a positive attitude. This is a remote role, so you will have experience of and be keen to work from home.
