Distinct | B Corp is seeking an HR Business Partner to shape people strategy on a 12 month fixed term contract in Burton upon Trent. This is a true strategic role, partnering with senior commercial leaders to influence business performance in a complex, international environment.
You will lead organisational development, talent management and succession planning, support transformation initiatives, and collaborate with Centres of Excellence in a hybrid setup with at least two days per week.
