This role is offered in our London Team, and the successful candidate will be required to be in the office a minimum 2-3 days per week once the office is established.

The Role
As Project Manager you’ll oversee the seamless delivery of best-in-class creative content. This role acts as a crucial link between our clients, strategy leads and creative teams, ensuring the smooth delivery across written, design and video deliverables.
You’ll be managing internal and external stakeholders, overseeing budgets and timelines, and ensuring everything we make is delivered at the highest level using the latest AI tools and workflows.
How You Will Make Your Mark
Client Management & Relationships
- Liaise with and maintain a good relationship with clients via day-to-day in-doc and email interactions.
- Lead weekly client syncs, making detailed notes.
- Act as a fixer for clients, handling comms with customers, as well as any other requests that come in.
- Help identify new business opportunities, including leveraging contacts from the customer references programme.
Project & Workflow Management
- Oversee and manage fast-paced written content requests from clients to meet tight deadlines across EMEA, while supporting APAC and NA markets.
- Set up and coordinate new projects, including detailed processes and resourcing assessments.
- Coordinate production schedules for projects requiring written and visual assets.
- Lead daily scrums to ensure written projects run on time against the confirmed schedule.
- Coordinate calendars and scheduling for the in-house writing team.
- Assist with the creation of decks for relevant projects as needed.
Team & Talent Management
- Work closely with distillery’s studio teams (writers, designers, content producers).
- Manage an international pool of freelance creatives, writers, proof-readers and translators.
- Recruit and onboard freelance creatives into distillery processes and tools.
Content & Marketing Support
- Support internal distillery marketing: help set content direction, organise tasks, and publish completed content.
- Oversee the quality of written and visual outputs.
Operations & Finance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date budgets.
- Organise billing for contractors when necessary.
- Continually evolve team processes and ways of working to improve efficiency and customer experience.
