We are looking for a highly creative designer who can both design and build digital experiences. This is not a content management or website administrator role. We need someone who can create strong visual concepts, branding assets, marketing materials, and then bring those designs to life across WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow and Framer websites.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build websites using WordPress and Framer.
- Create original visual concepts, layouts, and user experiences from brief through to delivery.
- Produce marketing and brand assets including:
- Social media graphics
- Digital adverts
- Presentation decks
- Brochures and printed collateral
- Event and exhibition materials
- Email marketing assets
- Develop landing pages and campaign microsites.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to translate business goals into creative outputs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print channels.
- Optimise websites for performance, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and conversion.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and website design work.
- Proven experience designing and building websites in WordPress and Framer.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent typography, layout, branding, and visual communication skills.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery.
We are looking for a designer who enjoys creating, not simply updating websites. The ideal candidate can develop a visual identity, design marketing materials, create website concepts, and then build them independently using modern web tools.
