This role will be to lead on the day-to-day administration, monitoring and promotion of student attendance and punctuality, ensuring that systems are robust, accurate and in line with statutory and Trust requirements.
The post-holder will work closely with students, families, tutors and external agencies to identify barriers to attendance and implement strategies that improve engagement, inclusion and outcomes. They will also support the admissions process and general administrative functions within the pastoral and attendance teams.
