What We Offer You:
As a recruitment intern, you'll have a key role in building the company's brand within the tech industry. You'll have ownership of the recruiting process and will be encouraged to step out of your comfort zone to become an expert. The internship can be done remotely. Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates in collaboration with the CEO.
- Engage in business development activities.
- Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.
- Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process, which includes CV screening.
- Manage the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse, by updating job postings and descriptions.
- Report to the senior recruitment team and the CEO.
