About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a full 360° recruitment role and is confident delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions. You’ll have the freedom to choose your region and your tech specialism, while also working with warm clients, giving you a strong platform to succeed from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full 360° recruitment: business development, client management, and candidate delivery
  • Manage and grow relationships with warm and existing clients, alongside developing new business
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across your chosen tech niche
  • Own and develop your chosen market and region
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
  • Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets
  • Stay up to date with market trends in your technology area

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong track record in 360° recruitment delivery
  • Comfortable managing warm client relationships and developing new accounts
  • Deep knowledge of at least one tech area (Software, Data, AI, Cloud, GTM, or SAP)
  • Commercially driven with a consultative approach
  • Self-motivated and confident working autonomously
