We're recruiting for a Trainee Workforce Analyst to join our busy HR team. This is an excellent development opportunity where you can apply and enhance your technical skills while gaining valuable experience in a corporate environment. You'll have the chance to work with large and complex data sets, developing your analytical and data management capabilities. This role provides the opportunity to support the delivery of workforce reporting, analytics and management information, helping to turn data into meaningful insights for the business. You'll gain hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards, reporting tools and automation solutions, while ensuring data accuracy and supporting key HR processes. You'll also contribute to business improvement projects, helping to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline processes and drive more efficient ways of working across the organisation.
