Where will you be working? We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters, and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? You’ll deliver fittings, signing, lighting, and guarding to sites, clear and jet wash sites, and ensure we avoid S74 fines by keeping sites safe and compliant. You’ll provide live updates on FYLD, carry out standby duties and weekend work when required, complete waste transfer documentation, and manage wash downs at the end of works. You’ll submit Safety Observations and adhere to professional driver standards, including defect reporting, daily vehicle inspections, weight limits, and full compliance with the highway code. What you’ll bring Do you have proven experience in water industry excavations on the highway? Can you work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment? Valid driving licence required.
