This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks. Day to day, you’ll be: In this role, you will work hands-on with project teams to embed health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all activities, including complex mobile tower installations. You’ll support the implementation of SHEQ policies and procedures, conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Promoting a positive safety culture, especially within telecoms projects, will be central to your work. You will investigate incidents, recommend practical corrective actions, and provide expert SHEQ advice to operational teams and stakeholders. Ensuring full compliance with the latest regulatory and industry standards will be key to your success What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone with proven telecoms experience and specialist expertise in mobile tower installations. A NEBOSH qualification is essential, alongside a strong grasp of SHEQ regulations and best practice. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are vital, as is a proactive, solutions-driven attitude. A full UK driving licence is required. Electrical knowledge and experience with DNOs are preferred—and will set you apart in this role. What’s in it for you?
