Where will you be working? Join M Group as our Senior Finance Business Partner – Transformation and play an influential role in shaping the financial delivery of our transformation agenda. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across the business, providing trusted financial insight, leadership and challenge across strategic transformation programmes. From strengthening financial governance and benefits tracking to providing clear performance analysis, you’ll help ensure our transformation initiatives deliver against their strategic and operational objectives. What will you be doing? Finance Business Partnering Provide financial leadership and business partnering support across the Group's transformation portfolio, working closely with programme and platform leads to maximise value creation, margin improvement and operational efficiency. Develop an in-depth understanding of transformation initiatives across the Group, maintaining oversight of project costs, benefits, synergies and risks. Support the identification, validation and tracking of synergy and value creation programme (VCP) opportunities arising from integration activities. Challenge assumptions, business cases and investment proposals to improve decision quality, accelerate benefits delivery and enhance risk management. Build strong relationships with transformation, operational and finance stakeholders to drive accountability and successful programme delivery.
