You’ll be joining our Civils and maintenance projects team working on M Groups Hinkley Point C contract in Bridgwater, Somerset. We deliver specialist civil engineering for the private and public sectors across the UK, building strong relationships based on a collaborative approach. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? In this role you'll be overseeing on Civils gangs alongside another non-working supervisor and you'll be allocate resource daily to ensure work activities are resourced sufficiently and by SQEP persons. You'll ensure required plant, tools and materials are available for use by the working party. Identify when stocks are nearing empty and highlight to Site Agent. You'll review Working Documentation to ensure the content of the documents are sufficient and relevant to the tasks to be carried out. Accept permits and include in the work pack / issue to working party. (supply WAFs to SHEQ Manager) On a daily basis you will carry out Setting To Work of relevant operatives, working supervisors and sub-contractors. Where you will deliver and record Daily Activity Briefs/Pre-Job Briefs.
