As a major supplier of specialist highway electrical services, our streetlighting teams maintain and design over 350,000 street lighting assets.

What you'll be doing
Deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality street lighting installation and maintenance works.
Support operational teams and ensure workforce competency and performance.
Manage work allocation, scheduling support, stock control, and asset data accuracy.
Ensure quality assurance through inspections, testing review, and Right First-Time delivery.
Maintain accurate operational documentation and performance reporting.
Drive Health & Safety compliance, positive safety culture, and continuous improvement.
Support customer satisfaction and achievement of contractual performance targets.
What you’ll bring
Significant experience in Street Lighting and knowledge of asset management systems
Holds Full Highways Electrician qualifications to L3
Must have HGV Class 2 and MEWP Operator Certification
Ability to support the works in accordance with programme output requirements & Quality Standards
Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS). – Training provided
Approved HEA/NERS – Qualified Supervisor
