As a Graduate Health and Safety Advisor, you’ll have the opportunity to: Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures across operational sites Assist in conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Help identify and assess risks, and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies Participate in incident investigations and support the reporting and analysis of findings Collaborate with project teams to promote a proactive safety culture and raise awareness of best practices and our commitment to safety – It Starts With Me Contribute to toolbox talks, safety briefings and training sessions Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to health, safety and environmental performance Learn how to interpret legislation and industry standards, and apply them in a practical, operational context Visit sites regularly to gain hands-on experience and understand the challenges and opportunities in delivering safe infrastructure projects We’d love to hear from you if you have: A degree in Health, Safety the whole is greater than the sum of the parts We’re ambitious and embrace opportunity, to lead essential infrastructure services for life Whether you’re a trainee, apprentice or graduate, or progressing through your career, our people benefit from industry recognised programmes, training and development.
