Where will you be working? As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom. This role is in our Plant professional, sincere and friendly; can do attitude to drivers and colleagues at all levels in the department Customer Service: delivering excellent customer service by delivering what is promised, helping internal customers (the drivers) with whatever enquiry / problem that needs to be solved. Organisation this is a multi-faceted role with several work streams all running concurrently; excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking are a key skill Dedication and Determination; to follow through tasks so they are completed on time and correctly; putting in the required effort to deal with sometimes high workloads Systems and Word, Excel; good level of experience working on IT software systems; open minded and quick to learn new systems, comfortable with manipulating data and forming actionable insights Quality Control: passion to deliver good quality, correct work, individually and from the team they head up. Ideally 2 years plus experience in vehicle fleet administration. This experience will be as a supervisor or an ambitious experienced administrator working for a large fleet, leasing company, or vehicle hire company. AFP qualification/training would be advantageous. What’s in it for you?
