Disrupt Recruitment & Search are working with an amazing property (Living) provider (BTR/PBSA/Co-living/Residential/Real Estate) who is growing their third-party management portfolio and as such are looking to hire an exceptional Business Development Manager to support that growth.
This is a full-time London based/hybrid position typically working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm. Salary is £40,000 per annum plus a performance-related bonus. This is a great opportunity for someone in PBSA, BTR, SFH or co-living who wants to step into a more commercial, deal-focused role.
The role:
- Identify new opportunities across PBSA, co-living and the wider living sector
- Appraise new schemes, including income and expenditure forecasting
- Build relationships with developers, investors, and asset managers
- Support tenders, pitches, and client presentations
- Use data, AI tools, and BI insights to strengthen proposals and decision-making
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver compelling, market-leading bids
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in PBSA, BTR, co-living, or living real estate
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
- Confidence working with data and financial appraisals
- Comfortable using AI tools and BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
