Disrupt Recruitment & Search are working with an amazing property (Living) provider (BTR/PBSA/Co-living/Residential/Real Estate) who is growing their third-party management portfolio and as such are looking to hire an exceptional Business Development Manager to support that growth. This is a full-time London based/hybrid position typically working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm. Salary is £40,000 per annum plus a performance-related bonus. This is a great opportunity for someone in PBSA, BTR, SFH or co-living who wants to step into a more commercial, deal-focused role.

The role:

  • Identify new opportunities across PBSA, co-living and the wider living sector
  • Appraise new schemes, including income and expenditure forecasting
  • Build relationships with developers
