You’ll play an important role in supporting ISO 9001 compliance, assisting with audits, tracking improvements, and helping teams work smarter and more consistently.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the day-to-day running of our Quality Management System and Policy.
- Help monitor and maintain ISO 9001 compliance across the business.
- Assist with internal audits, quality checks, and follow-up actions.
- Track non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
- Keep quality records accurate, organised, and up to date.
- Work with colleagues across the business to improve processes and standards.
- Support quality-related training and awareness activity.
- Help us identify smarter ways of working and drive continuous improvement.
- Travel occasionally to other sites across the UK, with overnight stays where required.
What we’re looking for:
- We’re open to graduates or anyone who has studied and passed relevant Quality Assurance / Quality Management qualifications or is an experienced Quality Assurance officer and is ready for that next step to build on their practical experience and build a career in quality and compliance.
- You’ll ideally have an interest in progressing your career in quality assurance / quality management.
- Some practical experience is preferred through work, placement, internship, or a previous role; however, we will also consider you if you have some work experience and have completed the relevant studies.
- An understanding of ISO 9001.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to get involved.
