We're a growing recruitment agency based in Warwick, and we're hiring a Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer to take ownership of the candidate side of our business. This is a candidate-led role — no business development, no cold sales — just a focus on delivering a high-quality experience and building strong talent pipelines.

The Role

  • You'll be responsible for managing the full candidate journey, from initial outreach through to placement, ensuring every interaction reflects a professional, high-quality experience.
  • Managing candidate pipelines across live roles.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (Pro) and job boards.
  • Conducting screening calls and shortlisting candidates.
  • Managing and maintaining our CRM (JobAdder).
  • Keeping candidate data accurate, organised, and compliant.
  • Supporting consultants with talent mapping and market insights.
  • Ensuring a first-class candidate experience at every stage.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or CRM systems (JobAdder ideal).
