Reporting To: Operations Manager

Salary: £25,000

Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (Full-time, Office-based)

Location: Warwick (Office-based with travel required)

Driving Licence required

Purpose of the Role

To support day-to-day export and import operations on a global scale, while providing onsite support for exhibitions and events both within the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate job files
  • Prepare and process basic customs documentation
  • Handle incoming calls and direct queries to the appropriate team members
  • Support invoicing of completed projects when required
  • Assist with basic budget tracking and completion of project margin sheets
  • Liaise with clients and support customer communication
  • Travel to events and provide onsite support when required
  • Work independently onsite to support exhibitors and logistics teams
  • Contribute positively as part of a wider team

Experience

Previous experience is not essential. Full training will be provided both in the office and onsite. This is hands-on, fast-paced and genuinely exciting.
