Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established exhibition design & build company delivering creative exhibition solutions for clients across the globe. The business helps brand marketers stand out with a blend of design flair, exhibition know-how and detailed project management. With a selective client base and a reputation for exceptional service, they combine creativity, technical understanding and a highly collaborative approach. Due to sustained growth and increasing project demand, an opportunity has arisen for a 3D Designer to join their small and dedicated design team.

About The Role

This is a key mid-level creative position, supporting the internal design team to increase capacity and reduce reliance on freelancers. The 3D Designer will work on a variety of exhibition design briefs, producing 3D concepts and visuals while gradually developing technical skills. The role requires someone who can hit the ground running with foundational exhibition design experience and bring strong creative ideas to the table. This hybrid role is based in the Warwick office Tuesday to Thursday, with remote working on Mondays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce engaging and innovative 3D exhibition stand concepts
  • Interpret briefs and develop ideas that align with client objectives
  • Support senior designers with design development and presentation materials
  • Collaborate with project managers and the wider team to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Assist with design amendments, updates and internal review processes
  • Over time, develop skills in technical drawings and 2D detailing

About You

  • 1-1.5 years' experience in exhibition design (agency or in-house)

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and 3ds Max (AutoCAD beneficial but can be trained)
  • Ability to manage smaller briefs with light guidance
  • Strong communicator with a positive, proactive approach
  • Passionate about creativity, design, and long-term career development with the team
  • Ideally based locally to Warwick or within a commutable distance
  • Creativity is the priority—technical skills can be taught.

Package
