The Role
The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and assisting with project coordination across multiple live projects. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, sales, and operational teams to help ensure projects run smoothly from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Coordinating project activity and supporting smooth delivery timelines
- Acting as a key point of contact for client communication and enquiries
- Preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and project documents
- Managing and updating CRM system- Hubspot and internal job systems
- Coordinating meetings, client calls, and site visits
- Liaising with production and operational teams to ensure projects remain on track
- Tracking project timelines, updates, and key actions
- Supporting purchase orders, budgets, and sales operations
- Conducting market and industry research
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in administration, sales support, or project coordination
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM systems- Hubspot
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
Experience within exhibitions, events, or another project-led environment would be advantageous but not essential.
