The Role
As Senior Technical Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing concepts to life through expert detailing, design development, and close collaboration with both internal teams and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed technical drawings: including construction, graphic layouts, and service plans
- Work alongside designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure smooth project flow from concept to build
- Assist in resolving technical challenges during design and production phases
- Ensure designs align with budgets, timelines, and production capabilities
- Maintain adherence to industry regulations and safety standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement in technical design processes and documentation
Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in technical exhibition design or related fields such as retail, events, or construction
- Strong knowledge of materials, build methods, and finishes
- Proficient in SketchUp, Layout, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
