Disrupt Talent is recruiting for a well-established brand activation and live events business that is looking to expand its project delivery team with the addition of an experienced Project Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in exhibitions, events, or experiential projects who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects from brief through to delivery.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple exhibition and event projects, working closely with clients, designers, and production teams to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. You’ll play a key role in translating client briefs into actionable project plans while maintaining exceptional service levels throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple exhibition and event projects from initial brief through to completion
  • Work closely with design and workshop teams to deliver client requirements
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Produce and manage project timelines, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers effectively
  • Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and maximise project value
  • Conduct post-project reviews and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support a collaborative and positive working environment
Requirements
  • Proven project management experience within the exhibitions, events, or experiential sector
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
  • Commercial awareness with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving approach
  • Experience managing budgets and schedules
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
