Overview
Senior Technical Project Manager (AV Live Events) – AV live events specialist with a focus on delivering complex productions from brief to onsite delivery.
Our client is a well-established technical solutions company delivering high-end AV, lighting, and staging services across conferences, launches, awards shows, and brand activations throughout the UK. They’re growing and seeking a Senior Technical AV Project Manager to join the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead AV and live event projects from initial brief through to onsite delivery
- Build and maintain client relationships, understanding technical & creative needs
- Develop technical specs, quotes, and detailed proposals
- Coordinate in-house teams and freelance crew
- Manage scheduling, prep, logistics, and on-site execution
- Oversee budgets, documentation, and Health & Safety compliance
About You
- 5+ years of experience in AV or live event project management
- Strong working knowledge of AV, lighting, and staging setups
- Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
- Full UK driving licence required
- Bonus: any relevant technical certifications
