The Role: Sales Team Leader
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced sales professional to step into a leadership position within a high-performing exhibitor sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for achieving personal revenue targets but also for coaching and supervising Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive exhibitor sales: follow leads, generate and convert orders
- Coach, motivate, and manage performance of Sales Executives
- Maintain the CRM and contribute to outbound marketing efforts
- Represent the company at exhibitions, supporting service delivery
- Gather post-event client feedback and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate across departments to enhance client experiences
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive self-starter with a natural flair for sales and team leadership. Experience in the exhibitions or events sector is desirable, but not essential.
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail
- A knack for analysing sales data and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in creating and scheduling email campaigns
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
