Job Role: Exhibition Sales Executive. Inbound Enquiries
Role Overview: Your mission will be to up-sell products and services to exhibition customers, ensuring maximum commercial returns and supporting the clients overall vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Financial Delivery: Understand products and services, manage sales portfolios, and maximise sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Business Development: Identify new revenue opportunities and collaborate with management on proactive campaigns.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Client Liaison: Provide outstanding customer service and ensure satisfaction with venue requirements.
- Compliance & Corporate Initiatives: Adhere to company policies and support broader NEC Venue and Group Sales strategy.
Skills And Experience
- Experience: Ideally 2 years in a sales and service environment.
- Technical Skills: Previous experience in a contact centre or telephony role is preferred.
- People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Personal Traits: Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive "can do" attitude.
