As Sales Director – TV & Broadcast, you'll be instrumental in driving commercial growth across live productions, OBs, studio work, and high-profile televised events. This role is ideal for someone who knows the TV and broadcast landscape and is ready to make a strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with broadcasters, studios, production companies, OB operators, and seek opportunities across different content platforms.
  • Grow revenue by developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts to increase market penetration and client spend.
  • Deliver tailored technical rental solutions, working closely with technical teams to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Represent the business at industry events, expos, and client meetings.
  • Achieve revenue targets while providing regular reporting and market feedback to leadership.
What You’ll Need
  • Solid experience in business development or sales within TV, live broadcast, OB, or media production.
  • Strong understanding of broadcast tech – ideally including cameras, lighting, power, or rigging.
  • Existing network across the UK’s broadcast and media production ecosystem (highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Commercially driven, self-motivated, and confident managing multiple client relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence.
