A fantastic opportunity has opened with a leading provider of technical solutions and infrastructure for live events, broadcast, and brand experiences.

As Sales Director - Agencies & Corporate Clients, you'll be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships with creative agencies, experiential marketers, event agencies and corporate brands - delivering full-service technical and infrastructure support from AV and lighting to temporary power, staging, and broadcast solutions; for events including product launches, conferences, activations, and hybrid productions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively target creative, experiential, and event agencies, as well as end-user corporate clients.
  • Translate briefs into bespoke technical rental packages — from AV and lighting to broadcast, power, and staging.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders across agency and client teams.
  • Lead on complex, multi-service proposals in collaboration with internal project and technical specialists.
  • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  • Meet revenue targets and maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM data.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in sales, client management, or business development within live events, brand experience, or agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of event production workflows — including live, hybrid, and virtual formats.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage creative and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Confidence in selling to directors, brand managers, and procurement professionals.
  • Commercial acumen and a proven track record of hitting targets.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
