We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Event Administrator to support the smooth delivery of corporate events and the day-to-day administration of a busy events office.
Location: Redditch. Contract Type: Permanent. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career within the events industry and gain hands-on experience across live event delivery, logistics, and office operations. You will play a key role in supporting the events team across multiple projects, ensuring administrative processes run efficiently from initial planning through to live event execution and post-event wrap-up.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across multiple corporate event projects (conferences, brand experiences, launches, awards, internal events, etc.).
- Assist with the preparation of event documentation including schedules, production timelines, contact sheets, briefing documents, and run-of-shows.
- Support event logistics such as venue coordination, supplier bookings, accommodation, transport, and crew arrangements.
- Maintain accurate project files, databases, and shared documents.
- Assist with guest management processes including registrations, attendee lists, and on-site check-in support.
Office & Team Support
- Act as a central administrative support for the events team, helping keep projects and workflows organised.
- Manage diaries, meeting schedules, and internal coordination where required.
- Handle general office administration including filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining shared systems.
- Support finance administration such as purchase orders, invoice processing, supplier records, and expense tracking.
- Assist with onboarding freelancers and event crew, including contracts and documentation.
Live Event Support
- Provide on-site support at live events as required (including occasional early starts or evenings).
- Assist event managers with set-up, registration desks, speaker liaison, and general on-site coordination.
- Help ensure events run smoothly by responding to ad-hoc admin or logistical needs during delivery.
Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with venues, production suppliers, caterers, and other event partners to support bookings and information flow.
- Track supplier details, confirmations, and key deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role (events, hospitality, production, or agency environment desirable).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
