The venue hosts large-scale, multi-zone events across a unique historic space and requires a Project Manager to lead the delivery of branding, print and graphics installations across the site.

The Role

This is a senior operational project management role responsible for overseeing all branding and graphics delivery across the venue. You will manage projects from planning through to onsite installation, ensuring events are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. The role combines strategic planning, commercial ownership and hands-on event delivery, particularly during major event builds and live event weeks.

  • Project & Operational Management
    • Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning and scheduling through to installation and completion
    • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and installation crews across multiple event spaces

    • Ensure high standards of quality, safety and operational efficiency
    • Manage project budgets, labour forecasts and materials to protect margin
    • Identify commercial risks early and adjust plans accordingly
    • Spot opportunities for additional revenue within venue activity
  • Health & Safety
    • Ensure all work meets venue and company health & safety standards
    • Review RAMS and maintain safe working practices across all installations
  • Systems & Planning
    • Use internal systems to manage bookings, scheduling and project planning
    • Maintain accurate event data to support workload forecasting and planning
  • Process Improvement
    • Support the development of improved workflows and operational processes
    • Strengthen communication between the venue team and production teams
    • Act as the accountable lead during live event weeks
    • Support installations and problem-solving during high-pressure moments
    • Lead teams calmly and decisively in fast-paced event environments

Event leadership rotates across the team to maintain a sustainable workload. Weekend work may occasionally be required during major events, with time off in lieu provided.

Candidate Profile
