We’re representing a well-established and highly respected provider of exhibition and live event services, operating across the UK and Europe. Specialising in the design, planning, and production of bespoke exhibition stands, they partner with major brands to deliver unforgettable experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Project Manager to join a creative, fast-paced team and play a key role in delivering standout projects on a national and international scale.
The Role
As an Exhibition Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering projects from brief to build. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure each exhibition or event is delivered smoothly, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage exhibition stand and live event projects from start to finish
- Oversee quoting, budgeting, scheduling, and project logistics
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Lead project meetings and communicate updates across stakeholders
- Handle on-site logistics during build-up and breakdown
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Maintain detailed project records using tools like HubSpot and Monday.com
- Support and mentor junior team members within the project delivery function
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience within exhibitions or live events
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with budgets between £15K and £50K
- Strong understanding of event logistics and ability to interpret floorplans
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- A calm, proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Knowledge of health and safety processes and best practices
