📍 Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

About the Role

As an Exhibition Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of projects from brief through to on-site handover. Acting as the client’s key contact, you’ll oversee budgets, technical specifications, supplier coordination, and timelines — ensuring seamless delivery across multiple live projects.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility of working from home, balanced with time in the Warwickshire office to collaborate with creative, design, and production teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of custom exhibition stand projects (UK & international)
  • Take and develop detailed client briefs, translating them into project plans
  • Coordinate internal teams (creative, design, production) and external suppliers
  • Produce project schedules, budgets, and build documentation
  • Oversee on-site builds, installs, and de-rigs, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Handle client amends, challenges, and communications with professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal, and ISO 9001 standards
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM, ERP, and internal systems
  • Contribute to process improvement and mentor junior colleagues where required


Who You Are

✅ Proven experience as a Project Manager in exhibitions, events, or creative production

✅ Strong knowledge of custom stand builds, materials, and production processes

✅ Commercially astute with confidence in managing budgets and client expectations

✅ Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder

✅ Calm under pressure, highly organised, and detail-focused

✅ IT literate with experience in AutoCAD/Vectorworks desirable

✅ Flexible to travel across the UK and internationally for live project delivery

✅ Holds a full UK driving licence and valid passport


Desirable: PRINCE2 or IOSH certification, or equivalent project management qualification.
