Their Leeds office is home to a collaborative and experienced project delivery team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Exhibition Project Manager to join a growing team delivering high-profile exhibition projects. Based full-time from the Leeds head office, you will manage exhibition stand projects from initial planning through to live delivery, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and venue organisers. Occasional on-site attendance during build-ups and live events will be required. The role is open to Exhibition Project Managers at varying stages of their career, making it ideal for candidates looking to join a globally recognised organisation with long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage exhibition stand projects from concept through to completion
- Plan, schedule, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Order and manage exhibition site services
- Coordinate logistics, including transport, storage, and scheduling
- Order and track stand materials and components
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and venue organisers
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation
- Support on-site installation, live events, and breakdown when required
- Work collaboratively within a team of project managers
About You
- Experience in exhibitions, events, or project management
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
