What You\\\'ll Be Doing
- Managing and supporting projects from concept through to completion
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients on both space-only and full-service show builds
- Preparing detailed quotations and cost estimates for new projects
- Producing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and stand plans in line with health & safety regulations
- Overseeing procurement, purchasing, and supplier coordination
- Organising logistics including transport, lifting, and accommodation bookings
- Working closely with in-house design and production teams to bring creative concepts to life
- Providing on-site project support and supervision during build-up and breakdown phases
- Assisting with project documentation, invoicing, and administration
What You\\\'ll Bring
- Some experience in Project Co-Ordination or Event Operations within the events, exhibitions, or creative industries
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
- Willingness to travel to venues across the UK (some overnight stays may be required)
