Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK-based exhibition and experiential build company, delivering high-quality, bespoke builds for major brands and live events across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager / Senior Project Manager to take ownership of workshop production, planning, and delivery operations. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for ensuring efficient production flow, high-quality output, and strong coordination across all workshop functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Full oversight of workshop production, including joinery manufacturing, with coordination across electrical and paint departments
- Planning and management of production schedules, workflows, and project delivery timelines
- Leadership, development, and management of workshop and production teams
- Oversight of materials ordering, stock control, and resource planning
- Coordination and organisation of shop floor machinery and equipment (management/oversight, not hands-on maintenance)
- Ensuring consistent quality control across all production output
- Working closely with internal project and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of exhibition builds
About The Role
This is a key senior position within a fast-paced and creative production environment. You will play a vital role in delivering complex, high-end exhibition and experiential projects for well-known brands, ensuring operational excellence from concept through to installation.
