Now Hiring: Production Manager (Live Events). Are you ready to take your events career to the next level? We\’re working with a leading technical production company specialising in high-profile corporate events, exhibitions, and live experiences, delivering shows for some of the world\’s biggest brands across tech, fashion, and entertainment. Due to continued growth, they\’re now looking for a Junior Production Manager to join their talented team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in live events, AV, or warehouse production who\’s ready to step into a fast-paced, client-facing role with room to grow.
What You\’ll Do
- Assist in planning and executing live events, ensuring all technical elements run smoothly.
- Coordinate with clients, crew, and vendors to deliver seamless productions.
- Support senior production staff with logistics, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Contribute to CAD plans, schematics, and event documentation.
- Attend site visits and provide on-site support during live productions.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols and company policies.
What We\’re Looking For
- Solid experience in live events, either from a technical or warehouse perspective.
- A strong communicator who works well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CAD software and ability to read technical drawings (desirable).
- A full UK driver\’s license and willingness to travel and stay away for projects.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
