We are working with a fast growing experiential events and entertainment group to recruit a Brand Partnerships & Business Development Manager. The group is best known for delivering immersive candlelit concerts and live entertainment experiences, alongside a wider portfolio of experiential brands spanning private hire, corporate events and bespoke brand activations across the UK.
This role sits at group level and will predominantly partner with the immersive candlelit concert brand, while also supporting growth across other entertainment and experience led concepts within the group.
The Role
This is a commercial, relationship led role focused on driving revenue through brand partnerships, sponsorships and private hire opportunities. You will own your pipeline end to end, working closely with internal teams to scope, pitch and close commercially strong partnerships. This role suits someone entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable operating with autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and securing brand partnerships aligned to immersive candlelit concerts and live entertainment experiences
- Selling sponsorship, exclusivity and integrated brand activation opportunities
- Driving private hire and corporate bookings including PR launches, influencer events and bespoke takeovers
- Building and managing a strong commercial pipeline across multiple experiential brands
- Developing long term relationships with brands, agencies, planners, hospitality groups and suppliers
- Negotiating commercial terms to maximise revenue and deliver win win outcomes
- Collaborating internally to scope feasibility and deliver compelling proposals
- Representing the group professionally at meetings, events and industry networking opportunities
- Tracking deal progression, revenue and performance with strong attention to detail
About You
- Proven background in business development, partnerships, sales or agency side roles
- Strong network within events, experiential, hospitality, entertainment or brand partnerships
- Commercially driven with a self starter mindset
- Confident selling premium, experience led propositions
- Strong communicator and negotiator
- Passionate about live events, immersive experiences and entertainment
- Comfortable managing multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously
Package
Bonus scheme linked to overall deals, mapped out on joining. Realistic bonus potential of £20,000+, with upside for exceeding targets.
Hours, Location & Flexibility
09:30-17:30, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working with at least two days per week in the London office. Office location: Chancery Lane area. 20 days annual leave plus 8.
