London (Hybrid) – Wimbledon | Permanent | £45,000

Are you a Live Events Producer who thrives on creative challenges, loves collaborating across teams, and knows how to deliver show‐stopping experiences from brief to execution? A leading Technical Creative Events Agency are looking for a passionate and experienced Event Producer to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work on high‐profile projects for major clients across sectors - where creativity meets operational excellence.

If you are equipped with end to end project management, and a great technical understanding of live event production - this could be a perfect fit!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery – from briefing to onsite execution and post‐event wrap
  • Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams (creative, logistics, tech, ops)
  • Own your own experimental or lead areas within large‐scale productions
  • Manage internal critical paths, timelines & resources – ensuring everyone stays aligned
  • Source & manage venues and suppliers, including contracts & negotiations
  • Support content development, production prep & onsite documentation
  • Be hands‐on during delivery: troubleshooting, problem‐solving, and staying cool under pressure
  • Run post‐event debriefs to drive continuous improvement

Finance & Budget Management

  • Manage budgets in GBP and other currencies
  • Track project hours and budget scope accurately
  • Stay on top of financials: quotes, POs, invoices, reconciliations
  • Understand scope creep & proactively manage

Client & Supplier Relations

  • Build trusted relationships with clients – from pitch to post‐event
  • Work collaboratively on proposals, budgets, RFPs, and pitches
  • Keep communication clear, honest, and timely at all stages

About You

  • Experience delivering live events in an agency setting
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Budget‐savvy, commercially aware
  • A collaborator who thrives in a fast‐paced, creative environment
  • Curious, calm under pressure, and solutions‐focused
  • Passionate about events, culture & experiences
  • Bonus: PROCIM knowledge, AV understanding, and design awareness
