We are seeking a commercially driven individual who understands how agencies think, communicate, and win work; and who can translate that into meaningful, long‑term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and drive growth within agency, PR, and brand activation sectors
- Build, develop, and maintain senior relationships across PR agencies, creative agencies, and brand marketing teams
- Act as a strategic bridge between agency partners and internal creative/production teams
- Convert inbound opportunities while proactively generating new business
- Improve tender win rates through stronger positioning, storytelling, and proposal strategy
- Shape and refine proposals with a clear focus on creativity, narrative, and brand alignment
- Translate production and design capabilities into compelling, agency-friendly messaging
- Identify and unlock new revenue streams within experiential, brand-led, and live event environments
- Support the broader commercial function in elevating how the business presents itself to external partners
- Potentially bring an existing network, client base, or pipeline
- Proven background within agency, experiential, or brand activation environments
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record in business development and revenue generation
- Fluent in 'agency language' with a clear understanding of how creative work is pitched, sold, and delivered
- Strategic thinker with a strong creative sensibility and appreciation for design-led environments
- Well-networked across PR, brand, and/or agency ecosystems (highly desirable)
