As the driving force behind the operations at the venue, you will lead a dynamic and professional team to deliver high-quality AV support and live event production for a wide variety of clients. About You:

You are an experienced leader with a deep understanding of the live events industry, technical AV systems, and team management. Your background includes building long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service, and driving the operational success of large-scale events. You are a problem-solver, capable of providing innovative solutions while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a talented team, providing guidance, support, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service and technical delivery.
  • Oversee technical solutions for live, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Collaborate with the venue’s sales team to ensure seamless client experiences from initial consultation to event delivery.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Manage all rigging and AV production within the venue’s conference suite.
  • Ensure the maintenance and readiness of all event production equipment.
  • Monitor and enforce Health & Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Continually drive the development and improvement of services and team capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in event production, technical AV support, and team management.
  • Strong track record in building client relationships and delivering commercial results.
  • Expertise in live event systems, hybrid event solutions, and venue operations.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in creating accurate costings, quotations, and CAD drawings.
  • A hands-on approach to management and the ability to inspire a team.
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
