About You:
You are an experienced leader with a deep understanding of the live events industry, technical AV systems, and team management. Your background includes building long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service, and driving the operational success of large-scale events. You are a problem-solver, capable of providing innovative solutions while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a talented team, providing guidance, support, and professional growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service and technical delivery.
- Oversee technical solutions for live, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Collaborate with the venue’s sales team to ensure seamless client experiences from initial consultation to event delivery.
- Prepare detailed quotations, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.
- Manage all rigging and AV production within the venue’s conference suite.
- Ensure the maintenance and readiness of all event production equipment.
- Monitor and enforce Health & Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Continually drive the development and improvement of services and team capabilities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in event production, technical AV support, and team management.
- Strong track record in building client relationships and delivering commercial results.
- Expertise in live event systems, hybrid event solutions, and venue operations.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in creating accurate costings, quotations, and CAD drawings.
