About The Role
As an Exhibition Project Manager, you\'ll take full ownership of projects from brief through to on‑site handover. Acting as the client\'s key contact, you\'ll oversee budgets, technical specifications, supplier coordination, and timelines — ensuring seamless delivery across multiple live projects.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility of working from home, balanced with time in the Warwickshire office to collaborate with creative, design, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of custom exhibition stand projects (UK & international)
- Take and develop detailed client briefs, translating them into project plans
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, design, production) and external suppliers
- Produce project schedules, budgets, and build documentation
- Oversee on‑site builds, installs, and de‑rigs, ensuring quality and compliance
- Handle client amends, challenges, and communications with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal, and ISO 9001 standards
- Maintain accurate records across CRM, ERP, and internal systems
- Contribute to process improvement and mentor junior colleagues where required
Who You Are
- ✅ Proven experience as a Project Manager in exhibitions, events, or creative production
- ✅ Strong knowledge of custom stand builds, materials, and production processes
- ✅ Commercially astute with confidence in managing budgets and client expectations
- ✅ Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder
- ✅ Calm under pressure, highly organised, and detail‑focused
- ✅ IT literate with experience in AutoCAD/Vectorworks desirable
- ✅ Flexible to travel across the UK and internationally for live project delivery
- ✅ Holds a full UK driving licence and valid passport
- Desirable: PRINCE2 or IOSH certification, or equivalent project management qualification.
