This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Project Manager to join a dynamic, creative team and play a pivotal role in delivering standout projects on both national and international stages.
The Role
As an Exhibition Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from initial brief through to build and completion. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure each exhibition or live event is delivered seamlessly—on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage exhibition stand and live event projects end-to-end
- Oversee quoting, budgeting, scheduling, and logistics
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and provide clear updates across all parties
- Coordinate on-site logistics during build and breakdown phases
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain detailed project documentation using platforms such as HubSpot and Monday.com
- Support and mentor junior project team members
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ project management experience in exhibitions or live events
- Proven track record managing multiple projects with budgets from £15K up to £250K
- Strong knowledge of event logistics and ability to read and interpret floorplans
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Calm, proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Good understanding of health and safety best practices
