We’re partnering with a well-established and highly regarded exhibition contractor known for delivering impactful design and build exhibition stands across the UK and Europe. Their work blends creativity, technical precision, and end-to-end in-house production – offering bespoke solutions for major brands across multiple industries.

The Role

In this pivotal role, you'll take full ownership of projects from brief through to final delivery. Working alongside in-house design, production, and build teams – as well as directly with clients and suppliers – you’ll ensure every stand is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the creative and technical demands of design and build exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of custom and modular exhibition stand projects
  • Handle client briefs, project scoping, quoting, scheduling, and logistics
  • Liaise daily with internal design, production, and fabrication teams
  • Oversee supplier relationships, installations, and on-site build coordination
  • Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders throughout
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and compliance with H&S and build regulations
  • Use platforms like HubSpot or Monday.com to track workflow and documentation
  • Support junior team members and foster a solutions-focused culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience managing exhibition design and build projects
  • Track record of delivering projects between £15K–£250K+
  • Excellent knowledge of production methods, materials, and build regulations
  • Confident interpreting technical drawings, floorplans, and elevations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, calm under pressure, and client-focused
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for shows
