We are representing a leading creative agency that specialises in branded environments and experiences across tradeshows, exhibitions, experiential activations, marketing suites, and retail spaces.
They deliver immersive, multi-sensory brand experiences worldwide — combining creativity, strategy, and flawless delivery to captivate audiences and deliver measurable ROI for global brands.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of large-scale international projects from brief through to onsite delivery. You’ll work across B2B trade shows, exhibitions, and B2C experiential spaces, leading the design and production process, managing budgets and suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
You’ll sit within the project management team, working closely with design, creative, and production teams, while acting as the main point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end: planning, budgeting, design, production, and onsite delivery.
- Oversee onsite builds and installations across the UK and internationally.
- Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring objectives are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers for seamless delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
- Ensure sustainability practices are embedded into production.
What You’ll Need
✅ Proven experience as a Project Manager in exhibitions, events, or experiential.
✅ Strong knowledge of exhibition stand builds, logistics, and event operations.
✅ Experience managing multi-phase international projects (US, UAE, Asia desirable).
✅ Expert in budget management, client liaison, and stakeholder communication.
✅ Flexible to travel internationally and manage onsite project delivery.
✅ Strong leadership, mentoring, and organisational skills.
