We\’re searching for a highly organised and detail-focused Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale exhibition and live event projects — from the moment an order is received through to successful on-site delivery.

About The Role
As the client\’s key point of contact post-sale, you\’ll oversee every detail of the production process. From technical specifications, budgets, and supplier management through to on-site handovers across the UK and internationally, you\’ll ensure projects are delivered seamlessly while maintaining exceptional client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of exhibition stand projects from order to international on-site handover
- Define and manage technical specifications and produce clear build instructions
- Coordinate all aspects of manufacturing and supply chain, including third-party show services
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficient project delivery
- Handle client amends and challenges quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records across CRM, ERP, and internal systems
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Ensure projects meet legal and compliance standards, including health & safety policies
- Attend internal and external meetings, including international site visits
- Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold ISO 9001 quality standards
Who You Are
- Proven Project Manager with a track record in exhibitions, events, or creative production
- Commercially astute, confident in managing budgets and client expectations
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communicator and negotiator, able to build rapport quickly
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
- IT literate with knowledge of AutoCAD or Vectorworks
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
- Flexible to travel internationally for live event delivery
- Holds a full UK driving licence and valid passport
- PRINCE2 or other formal project management qualification
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
