Location: Salisbury (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

This is a hybrid role blending account management with proactive business development—ideal for someone who can nurture existing clients and spot new opportunities before they land in your inbox.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts across the events ecosystem
  • Acting as the primary point of contact—building trust and delivering value
  • Identifying upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Proactively sourcing and developing new business leads across target sectors
  • Collaborating with internal teams (product, delivery, and sales) to drive results
  • Using CRM tools to track activity and contribute to ongoing growth strategy

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or sales
  • A confident, proactive communicator—comfortable with outbound outreach
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for growing client relationships
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with great multitasking ability
  • Ideally from the events, SaaS, tech, or creative industries
  • Comfortable selling into marketing teams, event agencies, and corporates associations
