Disrupt Talent is recruiting event staff across the UK, with exciting opportunities coming up — particularly in Birmingham for major shows at the NEC. We work with global brands, large-scale festivals and premium live experiences, supplying energetic, professional staff who deliver exceptional guest experiences. With major events confirmed this March at the NEC Birmingham, including DreamHack and the Arnold Sports Festival UK — we are actively expanding our 2026 squad.

About The Role

As part of the Disrupt Talent Squad, you will represent leading brands and live events in guest-facing roles. Work may include VIP hosting, brand representation, meet & greets, retail support and interactive show floor positions. This is flexible work ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments.
